A strong, fully pressure treated hand made premium fence panel that is fully framed and is a lot stronger than lap panel fences and most other close board fences. We only use British spruce feather edge cut from the centre of the core to assure the best quality fence panels you can buy. All of our wood comes from a sustainable source.All the fixings are 304 stainless steel this prevents the black drip you get from galvanised nails. best used with Concrete Fence Posts and gravel boards. - What is a close board fence panel?
Close board fence panels are formed from the best spruce feather edge, they are constructed on a full frame to give maximum strength. The beast fence panels are the strongest and have been tested to 800kg.
What sizes do they come in?The beast fence panels come in 1ft to 8ft tall.Do I need to treat the fence panels?You will not need to treat your fence panels bought from G&G as they are fully pressure treated but if you want to keep them looking fresh we recommend Barrentine Timber Protector to repel water, protect against UV damage and mould. The Barrentine Timber Protector offers good surface protection due to its wax content, but it's really only suitable for use on pre-treated timber.
What colour do the close board fence panels come in?Our fence panels come fully pressure treated in natural (green) or brown.
Are the fence panels treated?All our fence panels are fully pressure treated.Do I need wood or concrete posts?We would recommend concrete fence posts for fence panels. Wood is also a good option if using uc4 treated posts. This will ensure they will last with ground contact. We only sell uc4 treated posts.Are they strong?Yes! Our close board beast fence panels are the strongest on the market.
