What is a Durapost Mid-Section?

This is the bit that goes between your fence panels. It supports the run without taking up much room and gives you a neat, straight line all the way across. Same strength as concrete, but you won’t need a second pair of hands to shift it.

The Mid-Section is made to work with the rest of the DuraPost system. It lines up cleanly with their gravel boards and caps, which means less trimming and less hassle.

We’ve helped hundreds of customers get full runs installed using these. If you’re fed up with wrestling heavy posts or patching over gaps, this might be the bit you’ve been missing.

Sizes and Colour

We keep the standard sizes ready to go. Six foot or eight foot will cover most panels, but we’ve got taller options too if the garden’s on a slope or you just want more height.

Galvanised is solid and clean-looking. Anthracite grey is popular if you want something sharper. We’ve also got brown and black, which work well if you’re matching to timber or darker fencing. Olive grey’s a bit different but blends in nicely if your garden’s full of greenery.

Built To Last

Most people want fence posts they can fit and forget. These are that kind. The galvanised finish does what it’s meant to and keeps rust away, even after a few hard winters. You won’t find bits flaking off or the post starting to look sorry for itself after a year in the ground.

They don’t shift much once set, and they don’t soak up water like untreated timber can. It means the shape stays put, and the colour doesn’t fade the second the sun comes out.

Concrete might feel cheaper at first (because it is), but year down the line, the real costs will start to show up. Replacing old posts and digging out footings will cost money.
