Yes. Our artificial grass is fully porous, allowing rainwater and pet urine to drain through quickly into the ground below when installed on a suitable sub-base.
Is artificial grass safe for pets?Absolutely. Our artificial grass is non-toxic, durable and designed to provide a clean, comfortable surface for dogs and other pets.
Does artificial grass smell after pets use it?No, not if it's maintained correctly. Simply remove solid waste, rinse the area regularly and use an artificial grass cleaner when needed to keep your lawn fresh.
Can dogs damage artificial grass?Artificial grass is extremely durable and designed to withstand everyday play. While no surface is completely indestructible, damage from dogs is uncommon.
Will artificial grass fade in the sun?No. Our grass is UV-stabilised to help prevent fading and maintain its natural green appearance for years.
Does artificial grass get hot in summer?Like most outdoor surfaces, artificial grass can become warm in direct sunlight. A quick spray with a garden hose will cool it down within minutes.
How long does artificial grass last?A quality artificial lawn can last 15–20 years or more with the correct installation and minimal maintenance.
Can artificial grass be installed on concrete or decking?Yes. Artificial grass can be installed on soil, concrete, tarmac, patios, balconies and timber decking using the correct installation method.
Does artificial grass require much maintenance?Very little. An occasional brush, removing leaves and debris, and rinsing the surface is usually all that's needed to keep it looking its best.
Can weeds grow through artificial grass?A professionally installed lawn with a weed membrane will significantly reduce weed growth. Any airborne weeds that appear on the surface can be removed easily.
Is artificial grass safe for children and pets?Yes. Our artificial grass is non-toxic, soft underfoot and provides a clean, comfortable surface for children and pets to enjoy.
Can I put garden furniture on artificial grass?Yes. Garden furniture, and outdoor accessories can all be placed on artificial grass without causing damage when used normally.
Can artificial grass be used all year round?Absolutely. Artificial grass stays green and usable throughout every season without becoming muddy or waterlogged.
