Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, that's why at G&G Fencing & Landscape Supplies, we offer a hassle-free returns policy for online orders in the UK. Please read the following information to ensure a smooth return process.
Return Time Period
If you decide to return any items, you have up to 31 days from the date of delivery to return your order, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in a re-saleable condition.
- The item must not be a made-to-order or custom item. Made-to-order items and custom products are not eligible for return.
- The item must not be a concrete product.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Items must not be perishable items, such as Postmix.
- If your returned item meets these conditions, we will restock the product and issue a refund within 14 working days of receiving the returned products.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. - 25% restocking fee
Return Shipping Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to meet all product return costs through their own arrangements.
If goods are loaded on our delivery vehicle and dispatched for delivery but delivery is refused, there is a 25% restocking fee to cover costs incurred.
