G&G Fencing – Timber Guarantee Conditions
To qualify for the G&G Fencing timber guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• A completed guarantee registration form must be submitted for each corresponding Order Acknowledgement or Invoice Number.
• Gravel boards must be installed wherever fencing is in direct contact with the ground, or where contact is likely to occur over time.
• Any timber that is cut, drilled, or modified on site must be treated immediately using ESP Timber Treatment.
• Any timber subject to a guarantee claim must be returned for inspection, accompanied by valid proof of purchase, such as the original Order Acknowledgement or Invoice.
• The guarantee is limited to the cost of the product only. It does not cover associated costs, including (but not limited to) removal, disposal, reinstallation, or labour charges.
• The guarantee covers failure caused by rot or insect attack only. Damage or failure resulting from any other cause is excluded.
• Timber used in abnormal or unsuitable conditions is excluded from the guarantee. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Contact with existing rotten timber
• Burial in the ground when not designed for in-ground use
• Prolonged exposure to salt water or corrosive environments
